I'm trying out a new storefront on Artfire. There are a few self-striping skeins listed to see how everything works and test it out the ease of use. If you take a second to check it and have any opinions, please let me know. Hi -
Just a quickie 'negative' comment about artfire... it doesn't let you view the sold items like etsy does. When yarn disappears as quickly as it seems to from your updates, I find it really nice to know what I'm missing.

(PS - if there was something really great in your artfire update that is new and we haven't seen before, please post some pics on your blog. That raspberry mocha striping yarn on Etsy is quite delicious!

Thanks, Jen! Info like that is totally helpful. There seems to be pros and cons about both so the more I know from you guys, the better. It seems as though Artfire is trying to make things easier for sellers so comments about a customer's experience really helps. I may be able to get around the "sold" problem by posting pics of everything here on the blog? I'll definitely think about it.
The raspberry was a very fortunate overdye. I'm glad you liked it and will possibly try to do it as a regular colorway sometime soon.

So I found the "gallery" section of the Artfire page. I put in a few of the sold out products for eveyone to check out. Hope that helps!
