Eat, Drink, and Be Merry Yarn Club!
Sign-ups begin on September 27th and run through October 4th
at www.yarntiniclubs.blogspot.com. A link will be provided on this site or you can go there directly. The first shipment will go out in October with monthly shipments thereafter.
***ETA*** Sign-ups will open at 10am EDT on the 27th. All spots will be posted for the semi-solid and variegated options and half of the self-striping club spots will be available. In case it fills up fast the remaining spots will be available on the 27th at 10pm EDT for those that cannot be online in the morning.
Subscriptions will on-going. Your Paypal account will be charged each month unless the subscription is canceled by yourself at any time. No refunds can be given on payments made. There will be a limited amount of spots available, especially for the self-striping option. Any open spots will be made available to new members every three months. We do not have any restrictions on re-selling of club yarn, but hope that members will choose to de-stash on a forum like Ravelry at a reasonable price. Every month a small amount of extra skeins will be dyed and made available to our club members for purchase. Club colorways will not be made available to non-club members for at least six months after its shipment month.
There will be three different choices of monthly shipments; semi-solid, variegated, and self-striping. All will be variations on the same colorway, so if you choose the striping or variegated, the semi-solid will coordinate beautifully. You must sign-up for for each option separately and membership in one does not guarantee a spot in another. The yarn base choices will be our merino sock, merino sport, and merino/nylon yarn bases.
Prices:
semi-solid and variegated - US shipping - $27
semi-solid and variegated - Canada/International shipping - $30
self-striping - US shipping - $33
self-striping - Canada/International shipping - $36
***ETA*** Discounts will be offered for multiple subscriptions! Sign-up for two options (example: one semi-solid and one self-striping) and receive a discount of $7/month. Sign up for all three options (semi-solid, variegated, and self-striping) and receive a discount of $12/month. Discounts will be refunded each month after full payment is received.
Included monthly with each membership will be one skein of yarn in an exclusive club colorway. Colorways will typically relate to the season and month it is sent and will vary from bright and cheery to rich and saturated. Each month a corresponding drink recipe will posted at yarntiniclubs.blogspot.com along with inspirations photos and other fun stuff!

Is there a possibility of a special price for anyone who orders 2 or more for each month? Say I wanted 1 self striping and 1 semi solid?

Pipp - I'll update the post with info on multiple subscription discounts. I will definitely offer a discount but they'll have to be done manually each month after full payment.
When on the 27th exactly will you be putting these up?? I have some planning to do, which may involve possibly setting my husband up in front of the computer to stalk in my absence - omg!:)
peaknits - Let's say 10am EDT... All spots for semi-solid and variegated will go live then and I'll post half of the spots for the striping club. The other half I will post at 10pm EDT just in case it fills up fast and not everyone can get online in the morning. I'll update the main post with this info as well.

Okay, another quick question...will you make variegated or semi-solid skeins available for club members to buy extra. Like for example, if *someone* who got a self-striping spot - would they be able to buy a semi solid complient skein as an afterthought, or would they need to be in both clubs from the outset? Gotta be prepared for tomorrow:) Thanks!
Stacey - I'm going to say yes, but I'm only going to be able to dye a few extra skeins each month along with the regular month's yarn. It's been impossible to keep the dyelots the same when I go back to dye more so doing it all together is the best way to keep the skeins similar. I'll let club members know how many additional skeins will be available once I see how many folks sign up.
